The dance party was a huge success! Everyone had lots of fun and we raised $1,800! Thanks to all the people who helped out and to all the people that came.
I think it's really great what you guys are doing. I have a brain tumor, but it's no where near as serious as your friend's. I read your story in Teen Vogue and you guys are so creative and I'm sure Sydney is very proud of what you guys have done.
My name is Lindsey. I read about you in Teen Vogue and I think it's really cool what you are doing. I think that Sydney would be REALLY proud of you guys!!!!! My friends and I are planning on raising money for your cause. I wish you well and hope great success comes your way!

The Pink Polka Dots Guild was started in 2006 when we lost our friend Sydney to a brain tumor at the age of 11. We raise money for pediatric brain tumor research at Children's Hospital in Seattle. We call our selves "the pink polka dots" because they were Sydney's favorite things. In the past four years, we've raised over $250,000 for the cause.
You can help the Pink Polka Dots save lives by donating or buying card sets online. And with our new Paypal service, making a difference is easier than ever.
To make a donation with your credit card, you can click on the "Donate" button below. If you prefer to send a check, you can make it out to "The Pink Polka Dots Guild" and mail it to the address under Contact.
Another way to help us out is to buy one of our card sets; each original art by one of our junior guild members. Scroll down to see all the different sets, and click "add to cart" under the ones you want.
